Friends of the Lower Wisconsin River
Dave Marshall is an environmental consultant and a Science Committee member for the Friends of the Lower Wisconsin River (FLOW). He retired from the DNR bureau of Fisheries and Habitat Protection in 2006 after 30 years with the department working on water quality issues involving lakes and rivers.
He received his degree in Biological Aspects of Conservation from UW-Milwaukee in 1975 and worked at the Center for Great Lakes Studies before joining the DNR. As an environmental consultant for Underwater Habitat Investigations, LLC, established in 2006, he has worked on a broad range of environmental issues including CAFO impacts, large river ecology and lakes management.
